US tyre and rim protection brand CushCore was added to Ison’s portfolio back in May 2018 and they will be showcasing the brand at this year’s COREbike for the first time. CushCore’s founder Adam Krefting will be making the trip to Whittlebury from Bend, Oregon along with international sales manager Kenny Roberts. They’ll be on hand to show dealers how CushCore works and how it can benefit all riders and bikes including e-bikes.
The brand’s sister company specialises in suspension tuning systems for KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles, so Adam knows a thing or two about how to maximise performance off-road. On one level, CushCore aids puncture prevention and gives extra protection for rims, especially at lower tyre pressures. But also assists with superior cornering, better suspension and faster rolling, all helping to reduce rider fatigue.
The products are already used by some of the world’s best enduro and downhill talent including top Brits Brendan Fairclough and Ruaridh Cunningham.
