IMPORTANT NOTE: The badging system for the 2024 show will once again be a print-at-home process. Everyone who has received confirmation that their registration has been approved from COREbike will then receive an email in the week before the show which needs to be printed out and brought with you to Whittlebury Hall.
There must be one print out per visitor.
The print out will be folded and put into a clear wallet and the barcode scanned at reception. To get into the restaurant for the complimentary lunch your barcode will be scanned again by the hotel staff.
If you cannot locate the email please check spam folders as the email may be in there
If you are a dealer and press and you cannot locate the email or think that you may not have have pre-registered then we can register you on the day, but please note that you may have to wait during busy periods. Just bring ID and shop details with you to the show
NOTE: if you are not a dealer/workshop or press you cannot attend the show unless you have directly arranged a meeting with an exhibitor in which case the exhibitor must submit a request a Guest pass for you. Please do not arrive at the show without being approved by COREbike.

You can switch the day of attendance for an existing registration - there's no need to contact CORE or the hotel by email to let us know
If you need to add additional staff names you can do that by registering them using the Registration link. Please note: we cannot amend existing registrations by email.
We can register and print badges for new visitors on-site - but please note there may be a delay gaining entry during busy periods.
Any dealers or press that have not registered before the Advance Registration closes can still do so at the show, but please be aware you will be delayed getting into the show during busy periods. Please just bring some form of ID with you to show your business details. We cannot process anyone who is not a dealer or press on site. Please do not arrive on-site if you are not approved and not a dealer or press
Yes, the hotel offers free parking for all visitors.
Your trade pass is valid for all three days of the show
Yes there is wheelchair access, the show is one the ground floor of the hotel
Yes the main restaurant at Whittlebury Hall will be serving a buffet style lunch each day.
All dealer and press visitors simply need to arrive at the restaurant where the hotel staff will scan their badge for a complimentary lunch.
Vegetarian and vegan options will be available each day.
Other attendees will be able to purchase lunch either from the main restaurant or there is a light lunch menu available in the bar.
Complimentary tea, coffee and water is available from two drinks stations situated on the ground floor.
