GEOMETRY The CK7 Disc is new to the range for 2018, building on the success of the award-winning CK7 calliper model. Using 6061 aluminium for great ride quality, the CK7 Disc uses the same award-winning geometry of the CK7. The CK7 disc has been redesigned for 2018 using 6061 aluminium for improved ride quality, whilst using elements of the award-winning geometry from the previous iterations of the frame. Flat disc brake mounts have been used to keep up to date with modern hydraulic brakes, the CK7 Disc can use systems from SRAM, Shimano and Campagnolo. The use of through axles keeps everything stiff and secure under heavy braking force. The X44 head tube works with modern tapered forks and offers improved handling. It also improves the versatility of the bike – you can fit nearly any fork on the market onto this frame, guaranteeing use for years to come. There is clearance for 28c tyres if the guards are fitted, without them the bike can accept 30c tyres. The frame also features rear rack mounts. The CK7 Disc is sold with full mudguards as standard. The Cavazzo SL 2019 model has taken the success of the previous model and pushed the frame design and materials further to become a lighter and more versatile model. It is designed to be the most versatile bike on the market. Using the one Cavazzo frame, it can be adapted to build very different bikes suited to different purposes. Additionally, the new frame is 600g lighter than the original version. Suitable for everything from everyday commuting, adventure riding, cyclocross and gravel use, the all-new Cavazzo frame has been engineered to be strong and light, with excellent handling that is able to adapt to the rigours of many riding disciplines. The Cavazzo can take both 1x chainsets and compact chainsets due to its dropped chainstay, you can even fit a dropper post – the bike can truly be tailored to suit your individual needs. The Cavazzo has clearance for up to 700c x 45mm tyres, 27.5 x 1.9 MTB tyres (27.5 x 2.1 slick) and a 29 x 1.85. It has bosses for full 50mm mudguards and can take a rear rack with a weight limit of 25kg - a rare feature on a carbon frame. Flat mounts provide compatibility with all new hydraulic disc brake systems from SRAM, Shimano and Campagnolo. The Cavazzo is suitable for all electronic and mechanical groupsets. The frame uses a mix of Toray T500 and T700 to give a perfect balance of strength, stiffness and weight. Sitting at the front of the frame is the tapered 1-1/8” – 1-3/8” headtube, adding strength and high torsional stiffness as well as providing pinpoint steering accuracy. The geometry is based around a cyclocross race bike but uses more durable carbon tubing to aid in the load bearing capability. The frame also has three bottle boss locations. The commuter build is sold with full mudguards. The rack is not included. Assembled in the UK.

The Dimension saddle uses a Nack rail which is a monocoque carbon structure. Prologo's R&D department has engineered the clamping area by using a specific nano carbon fibre technology named BRC (Braided Carbon Rail) in order to support an extremely high level of stress when the seat clamp is tightened. The Nack rail is Prologo's top-level rail combining unbeatable stiffness with extraordinary lightness CPC: Connect Power Control: Prologo patented technology. The specially designed CPC surface features a mat of hollow cones of various heights and diameters, arranged for maximum benefits to the rider.
